Our refund and return policy is valid for 20 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 20 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:

Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, email us at proshophub@proshophub.com. Further return instructions will be provided via email.
